Sauto isn't Soto...he2, that's what it's called in Tegal. Here the taste is a little different from Soto Semarang, apparently there is the addition of Taucho... the taste is a little distinctively sweet. There is a choice of Chicken Sauto or Tripe Sauto. It tastes delicious and the portions are big enough so it's more than enough for our breakfast menu
